Who we are
This website is operated by 95% ("we", "us"), the operator of 95percent.ai. Registered legal entity details and a designated privacy contact will be published here and in our Data Processing Agreement before commercial launch. Until then, all privacy requests can be made through the contact page.
What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you submit through the contact form: your name, company, work email, phone number (optional), your message, and the intent of your request. We do not collect account data, payment data, or behavioral profiles on this website.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare the conversation you asked for, and follow up about 95percent.ai. Submissions are delivered to our internal lead-management tooling. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies
This website sets one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, only when you explicitly choose a language, so your choice is remembered. There are no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics service.
Retention
Contact submissions are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete personal information you have shared with us, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, reach us through the contact page and we will respond promptly. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

We will update this policy as the product and legal review evolve, and will change the "last updated" date above when we do.
