95%

Why 95%

The other 95%.

95% (95percent.ai) is named after a conviction: the model is 5% of an AI workforce. Identity, memory, governance, reach, and record — the things that let intelligence hold a job — are the other 95%. We build them.

Intelligence became the easy part.

Most AI initiatives never reach production. Not because the models fall short — the models are extraordinary, and they improve by the quarter. They fail because a model alone has no identity, no memory, no accountability, and nowhere to run. The demo impresses everyone; the pilot stalls the moment it meets real systems, security review, and the question no one can answer: who is responsible when it acts?

Intelligence is becoming abundant. Accountability isn't. That asymmetry — not model quality — is what separates the organizations that run on AI from the ones that only experiment with it.

Every hire arrives ready. AI doesn't.

Every person you hire arrives ready to work — with identity, memory, judgment, and accountability built in. They know who they are, they remember yesterday, they act within their role, and they answer for what they do. AI is the first worker in history that arrives with none of it.

Give a model those missing faculties and something changes in kind, not degree: it stops being a tool you operate and becomes a worker you employ. An AI worker holds a scope, carries memory across every conversation, acts only within its permissions — and leaves a record of everything.

The missing part is an operating system.

Identity, memory, governance, reach, and record are not features you bolt onto a model. Each one is infrastructure, and together they are what an operating system is: the layer beneath the work that makes the work possible, visible, and safe. That is what we build — five subsystems, engineered end to end: a workforce that can be hired, a router that keeps intelligence affordable, channels that reach the world, a runtime where actions are sandboxed and sealed, and a creator that builds the software you're missing.

The proof is the record. Everything that runs on the platform lands in the AI Accountability Ledger: every action owned, anything without an owner surfaced, anything that shouldn't have run reversible. Growth that answers for itself — that is the whole idea, compressed.

What we refuse to build.

We don't build demos that stall in review. We don't assemble integrations and call them a platform — an integration moves data between apps; an operating system runs intelligence across them. And we don't claim what we haven't shipped: our Trust Center states our roadmap honestly, because a company selling accountability should be easy to hold accountable.

Why the name.

We named the company after the problem we exist to solve. The model is 5%. The other 95% is everything a model can't bring — identity, memory, governance, reach, record. That's not a feature. It's an operating system. And it's the part we build, for the companies being built now.
