Our conviction
Most AI initiatives never reach production — not because the models fall short, but because a model alone has no identity, no memory, no accountability, and nowhere to run. The intelligence was always the easy part. The rest is the work. We build it.
Why AI-native organizations matter
Intelligence is becoming abundant. The organizations that win won't be the ones with the most AI — they'll be the ones that can run on it: where AI workers have identity and memory, every action is governed, and the whole organization operates as one accountable system.
Why the other 95% matters
